Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
